this quote tells the story of my right now. i am softening my resistance to the idea of profound rest. entering slowly into the grace of silence, solitude and stillness. and actually listening to the intuitive wild wisdom, encouraging me to abandon striving, efforting, doing and inviting me to play, flow and simply rest (for as long as necessary).
